Advertising & Public Information Statement
Sali International Women's Hospital is committed to public communication that is factual, verifiable, consented, and contextualised, in alignment with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) Guidelines for the Regulation of Advertisement of Healthcare Services.
Our principles
All public information about our services aims to be educational rather than promotional. We avoid superlatives, outcome guarantees, comparative claims, and language that may create unrealistic expectations.
Outcomes
Fertility, maternity, and clinical outcomes vary by individual circumstances and cannot be guaranteed. Any statistics published reference internationally recognised reporting methodology (for example ESHRE) and are accompanied by methodology notes where applicable.
Patient stories and images
Photographs and stories featuring patients or babies are published only with documented patient and, where applicable, guardian consent. Identities and clinical details remain confidential.
Practitioners
All practitioners are registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ). Registration numbers are published on practitioner profiles. Where verification is in progress, the profile clearly states that status.
Reporting concerns
Concerns about the accuracy of any public information on this site can be sent to compliance@saliwomenshospital.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
