What our chatbot is
Our chat assistant is an automated tool — not a doctor, nurse, or any qualified healthcare practitioner. It can share general information about our services, opening hours, and educational topics.
What our chatbot is not
The chatbot does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, provide emergency advice, or replace a clinical consultation. Any clinical decision requires a consultation with a qualified Sali practitioner.
Emergencies
Do not use the chatbot for emergencies. For urgent care call +260 966 498 532 or attend your nearest emergency facility.
Data and transcripts
Conversations may be stored to improve service quality, monitor safety, and support clinical handover where a patient consents to follow-up. Stored data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
Human oversight
Educational content surfaced by AI tools on this site is reviewed by qualified Sali clinicians before publication. AI outputs that resemble diagnosis or treatment advice are blocked.
