- You may request a human-only channel at any time by emailing the hospital or visiting reception.
Telehealth & Virtual Consultations
- Virtual consultations are limited in scope and are not a substitute for in-person examination, emergency care, or laboratory/imaging services.
- If your condition is urgent, call your nearest emergency service or attend our hospital in person.
- Telehealth sessions are conducted on platforms with reasonable security controls; no remote channel is fully risk-free.
- Recordings, if any, are made only with your explicit consent and stored within your medical record.
Marketing Communications (Opt-In)
