    Complaints Procedure

    • We are committed to addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.

    • You may also contact the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) directly at +260 211 238 328 or visit their offices in Lusaka.
    • All complaints are reviewed within 14 working days and handled in accordance with HPCZ guidelines.

    AI Assistant & Chatbot Use

    • Our website chat assistant is automated and powered by artificial intelligence — it is not a clinician, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or prescriptions, and must not be used for emergencies.
    • Conversations may be reviewed by qualified staff for safety and quality assurance.
    • If you describe an emergency, the assistant will direct you to call your nearest emergency service or attend the hospital immediately.

    Telehealth Scope & Limits

    • Virtual consultations are limited in scope: they cannot replace physical examination, diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, or emergency care.
    • A telehealth session is appropriate only when both clinician and patient agree it is suitable for the presenting concern.
    • If your situation worsens or becomes urgent, end the session and seek in-person care immediately.
    • Telehealth services are provided to patients physically located in jurisdictions where our practitioners are licensed; check with our team if you are unsure.

    Marketing Communications (Opt-In)

    • We send marketing messages only to people who have explicitly ticked an unticked-by-default opt-in box.
    • Marketing consent is recorded separately from clinical consent and from appointment-related communications.
    • You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; doing so will not affect your access to clinical services.

    Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.

    If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
